Description
Are you a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner? It doesn't matter all runners are welcome here. I started running last summer and I love it. I am a total beginner but I thought I would create this group and see if there is anything I can learn from other people who run because honestly not a lot of people run and I don't know why its so amazing.

A lot has been going on with me lately and I am trying to keep my head up so I am finally starting to feel a little better and feeling like being active again. ”

Carina “ How did your 12k go? Did you have fun? I ran another 5k today... my time was 28:52 (19 sec improvement from my first one a couple weeks ago!). The route was very hilly so I was happy with my time (I still need lots of work though). They had a 10-mile run going on at the same time so it was great to see some real "hard-core" runners! ”

plucky “ My daughter and I are running a 12k this Sunday. It's in San Francisco where the weather is always cool. We're having a bit of a heat wave right now, so the run Sunday morning should be perfect weather. Can't wait! ”
