Ray Hey Robin- Thanks for the post. Way to go!! Keep up the GREAT WORK and please help me spread the word about the 100 a Day Club. We're approaching 4,000 members. Not quite the 1,000,000 I want for the Opening Ceremonies for the 2012 Olympics, but we're getting there. Again Robin, GREAT WORK. Posts like this inspire me!!

PureCanadian I'm on week 4 on the Warriors and Goddesses workout, Ray. Recently I told you that I can only do about 30 push-ups a day, but then I clued in and realized I'm actually doing 100 pushups on the W & G workout already! The workout is going great and I've lost 7 pounds. I've increased the weight to 10lbs and have integrated the BOSU for the squat/shoulder press moves. Loving this workout, Ray. Thanks!

Ray Thanks Oz, that's the plan. Millions of people around the world can change their lives just by doing some push ups. Because as we know, push ups lead to sit ups and sit ups to squats and squats to.....

OzzieOcean Stop creating groups and go do some push ups...lol.
My 100 were done by 10am today, a personal best!
Keep promoting the hell out of this club Ray, it will eventually benefit millions!!!
