aaronb10 Think you have a strong core? Try overhead squats. Assume your squat stance and grip the barbell with a (very) wide grip. Press the bar overhead and shrug up hard the entire lift (dont be lazy). Then just squat all the way down, hips below the knees.
Bodyweight is a good goal.
