....2008 is OUR year!

Squirrelmonk I actually made the resolution this year to earn 6k on the internet. So far I've made £50 lol. But I'm working on it!

1.Maintain my current fitness level
2. Go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week
3 Drink water
4. Drink more water
That seems reasonable and easy to accomplish

fitbeachbabe I've always been an avid gym-goer...but this year I vowed not to let myself slip. Here are a few of my 2008 (and beyond) goals:
1. Go to the gym 5-6 days a week
2. Cut back on drinking...only permitted for special occasions and gatherings...no more lazy day beach cocktails. Instead I will make sure I get a beach run in between my laying out and boogie boarding sessions.
3. Learn to surf.
4. Currently size 5 - tone down to a lean size 2-4.
5. Pursue my certifications in group and personal training and get started on my new career path.
