Squirrelmonk I actually made the resolution this year to earn 6k on the internet. So far I've made £50 lol. But I'm working on it!

fitbeachbabe I've always been an avid gym-goer...but this year I vowed not to let myself slip. Here are a few of my 2008 (and beyond) goals:
1. Go to the gym 5-6 days a week
2. Cut back on drinking...only permitted for special occasions and gatherings...no more lazy day beach cocktails. Instead I will make sure I get a beach run in between my laying out and boogie boarding sessions.
3. Learn to surf.
4. Currently size 5 - tone down to a lean size 2-4.
5. Pursue my certifications in group and personal training and get started on my new career path.

cecilia This summer the fashion for women will be short shorts.
I am going to wear them with long, strong, thin legs!
So what am I doing about it?
Running, I signed up for NYRR, and
I got serious with the weight training, No more running around confused
with no goals at the gym!

Hulbs It was originally to get a 6 pack by June, but I've brought that goal in to our holiday date of 1march08.
I cheated a bit as I started my current fitness campaingn around late Oct07 but only really 'ramped it up' late Dec07 early jan 08.
So far I've gone from 198pound @ 17-18%bf to 177.7pound (i like exactness!) @ 9.7%bf. I've got a solid 4 pack but I think i'll need to get under 9% to get a true 6 pack. So hopefully around 175 pounds i'll look rockin'.

swtnjkitti My resolution is to get into hitting the treadmill 5x a week. That's Mon - Fri, my goal is to run a 5k in May.
