plucky Welcome! Judo is a fun sport; I took some classes for a couple of years a looonnnnggg time ago. Sadly, I don't remember the details (instructor, school, etc), but I do remember a few of the throws.

plucky Hmmm, maybe I can make a FitClip or post some pics to show you. It's actually a really good exercise for balance & core as well as hips, thighs and glutes. Plus, I do it in between the punch combos with weights to give the arms a break while working the legs.

plucky A little too much for my budget of $0... :( Fortunately, they do have a bunch of small weights of 3,4,5,8 lbs and we do a whole series of punching combos with those. Fires up the arms and shoulders!! Using tension bands for a kick combo series, too... Yes, you definitely have to do those in smaller doses!
